Shipping Info

We ship most orders within 1 business day of payment so you receive your magnets as quickly as possible. We know what it's like to order something online and then wait...and wait...and wait for your package to arrive. That is why we do everything possible to ensure that we ship, and you receive, your magnet order in a timely fashion.
If you have special shipping requirements, you must make arrangements with us BEFORE you place your order. We can often accommodate special shipping requests, but are sometimes unable to. Additional charges may apply for special shipping requirements.

Please be sure that all products are eligible for import into your country before ordering. Because the import rules and regulations for each country are different, Delfraexports, will not be responsible for international shipments once they leave our factory.

We currently offer international shipping to the many countries. If you want to confirm about your country you can contact us, we may be able to ship to you using UPS, if service is available to your location. Please email us at contactus@delfraexports.de for additional information. All import duty and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

We offer the following shipping services through UPS (if available to your area): Worldwide Express and Worldwide Expedited. The shipping cost is determined by the weight of your order, the level of UPS service selected, and the destination. UPS orders placed online by 1:00PM ET, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. UPS orders received after 1:00PM cutoff time may go out the same day, but it is not guaranteed. If you selected UPS shipping, a shipping notification email, including tracking, will be sent at the end of our shipping day. These emails are sent directly from UPS (Quantum View) and are often caught in the user's spam filter.
